Cant log in to system page

I cant add users in the system.php
And I cant use the Systemlogin either

tried with Internet explorer and Firefox

get wrong user and password all the time

Hello Johan,

please login with abel/abel and edit your user. reenter your password and keep track of user being "admin".
Corrected files for IE8 are released shortly, still checking issues.

No change cant access/login to system.php

Even tried to enter a new user directly in the DB made no change cant use old Admin or new user johan

is there any DB updates I have missed?

Have tried both admin and User category - no difference

My old users dont work
Abel/abel dont work
Condor/dallas dont work

1. Where can I change the settings so guests cant book a table "2" hours before the "table time", we would like to close the online booking at least for 6-8 hours before every evening seating as we have people calling in reservations and walk in guests

2. Still looked out from changing any setting or accessing the system pages

3. Still cant add or change any user - last time i tried no chnages were saved to the database, edits made directly in the database dont affect anything

4. I got an old backup that is working with IE and Firefox and Condor/dallas - but not as before, can access the booking page

Dear all,

a time ago from compatinility reasons we changed the name of the user table in the database and the name of the id.
If you are upcoming from an older version, the error could cause from this circumstance.
Please check the table of the users:
table name:`dbusers`
id field: `id`

Also the encodings of the database should be UTF-8. In the past this was also a little trap. Be shure to have PHP version 5.0 and up.

Hi Bernd.

I'm quite new here but have the same problem with System login on my new MySeat v.3.0.99.1 installation. On top I did not get this part of your e-mail:

Please check the table of the users:
table name:`dbusers`
id field: `id`

I checked with phpMyAdmin and both, the table named 'dbusers' and field named 'id' are there. I can see a username created within installation process as id=2 and username abel with id=1 which I did not create. Anyhow, still locked out from System pages.

It would be great if someone can point me to the right direction.

the hints here are given for the versions previous 0.99, so they can't help you.
I'll need more informations on your installation.
Have you changed the hash for the passwords?
Did you use the automatic installation like the README.html advised?
If yes, there is a standard user created with user/pass 'abel/abel'.
Does this user work?
